Late and Cancellation Policy
IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 20 MINUTES LATE FOR YOUR SCHEDULE APPOINTMENT – YOU MAY BE ASKED TO RESCHEDULE.
IF YOU MISS MORE THAN ONE APPOINTMENT WITHOUT CALLING 2 HOURS IN ADVANCE OF YOUR SCHEDULED TIME YOU MAY NOT BE ABLE TO RESCHEDULE WITH PUPPY LOVE N STYLE.
Pick Up Policy
Late pickups – due to an increase in late pickups Puppy Love N Style has been forced to make a new policy. If your baby is here waiting for pickup after closing time and you have been contacted by the Puppy Love staff your baby is ready – after 30 minutes of that call you will be charged an additional $10.00 for every 15 minutes, we are waiting for you to pick up.
If we are working a later schedule to meet the needs of our clients, we will make you aware of this change in hours for the day when you drop your baby off for grooming.

We will check out the condition of your dog's coat, discuss the daily environment of your dog, listen to your needs and wishes, and recommend a cut that suits both you and your best friend!
